Hello ‘web 2.0’ aficionados!
Pacific Oncology is now in the blogosphere! As an integrated group practice of board certified medical oncologists, we have made a collective decision to participate in the social media space including Twitter, FaceBook, but also video and audio podcasting.
We are western trained physicians, but value science, the application of evidence based medicine, clinical pathways, best practices, and active participation in clinical research, including phase 1 and 2 clinical trials.
Follow us here, we intend to add value to your life, the cancer community in general as well as the advance of evidence based ‘integrative oncology‘ as well as the nascent movement known as ‘participatory medicine.’
Join us in this new age experiment that intends to make medicine more customer friendly and ultimately more effective!
